Hurricane Alley is a bootcamp style AO that meets on Monday/Wednesday/Friday mornings 5:15-6:00am at Wren High School football stadium - 905 Wren School Rd, Piedmont, SC 29673
Most of our beatdowns include some variation of body-weight exercises mixed with some running.
We will often meet for coffeeteria following the workout.
